How long does it take for orders to ship?

I drop off orders every Monday! If I can make it, I try to drop off any weekday orders on Fridays. During preorders periods I ship out batches on the closest Monday after receiving the items and doing inventory.

Why is shipping so expensive?

I currently have no control over that and primarily use USPS which has recently upped their rates both domestically and internationally. I reccommend bulk ordering if you're located outside of the States!

I have a problem with my order. What can I do?

Contact me ASAP! I can replace damaged or missing orders free of charge (shipping must be covered), with proof.


A character I like isn't among your list of available designs, may I request them?

I don't take personal requests as one person does not mean a product will sell. I do try my best to have a variety of characters from each media I create for though! Not just the popular characters.
